How do I make a booking?

1 - Please contact me to find out about availability

2 - After out conversation, I will provide you with packages relevant to your requirements.

5 - To confirm your booking please pay a 50% reservation fee

What is the best time photos?

I am a big advocate of natural light. A favorite of mine is golden hours for that squint free, soft and warm feel. Golden hour is the time just after sunrise or just before sunset. If possible, you won't regret scheduling you session during these times.

What should I wear?

You want the focus of the photos to be on you, not what you're wearing. With this I mind, the plainer the better. Patterns and sharp contrasts only steel the attention of the viewer.

Do you work with an assistant?

This totally depends on the type and location of shoot. For big events and weddings my lovely assistant, I told you all about in the "About Me"-section of this site, usually accompany me. This enables me to work more efficiently and cover a broader range of the event.

What can I do to ensure the best possible photos?

The best thing you can do whenever you are in front of anyone's camera lens is to be yourself. Be spontaneous if that's you, laugh, have fun and be sincere. (If you really want to do more, make sure you pick a venue/location with enough light.)

May I have the original photos from my shoot?

I'm sorry, but no. I understand that you want ALL of the memories and argues that it won't cost me anything to give it to you. But your wrong, it probably will cost me future clients since those photos are like an incomplete painting or a symphony missing a key instrument. Also I am way to much of a perfectionist to give you anything less than the best I possibly can.

Are you willing to travel for sessions? If so, how will that influence the package?

I love to travel, especially over weekends or whenever by awesome assistant can join. However, traveling anything more than 50km outside of Middelburg, Mpumalanga is not included in you package. An additional R3.50 per km travel cost will be added to you invoice. Also if filming is expected to start early or continue late, reasonable accommodation will be charged or should be provided.
